CMake

 

CMake  is a family of tools designed to build, test and package software. CMake is used to control the software compilation process using simple platform and compiler independent configuration files, and generate native makefiles and workspaces that can be used in the compiler environment of your choice.

Usage

To see what versions of CMake are available type

module avail cmake

To see what other modules are needed, what commands are available and how to get additional help type

module help cmake

To use CMake, include a command like this in your batch script or interactive session to load the cmake module:

module load cmake

Be sure you also load any other modules needed, as listed by the module help cmake command.
