Kraken2
Kraken2 is the newest version of Kraken. It is a taxonomic sequence classifier that assigns taxonomic labels to DNA sequences.

To see what versions of Kraken2 are available and if there is more than one, which is the default, along with some help, type
module spider kraken2
To use Kraken2, include a command like this in your batch script or interactive session to load the Kraken2 module: (note ‘module load’ is case-sensitive):
module load kraken2
