Stephen serves as the interface with industry and other non-academic stakeholders to enable discovery of knowledge through effective application of AI. He is responsible for coordinating PSC’s involvement with stakeholders, and working across groups at PSC to ensure that project plans are executed effectively and on time.
In addition, Stephen works on the NSF-funded XSEDE (Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment) project, which provides U.S.-based researchers with streamlined access to supercomputers, visualization and storage systems, data collections, software, and scientific expertise. His responsibilities include the vetting, review, and processing of all requests for access.
